Welcome to the Online Directory Listings Application!




The Directory Listings application is used by UC Davis students, faculty and staff to request changes to directory information that may be published in the Web-based UC Davis People and Department Search. To edit your listing, go to directory.ucdavis.edu/update.

Special features of the application are used by individuals designated as approvers for their departments and/or units. Approvers review change requests submitted by faculty and staff.


To use this application, you will need to log in using your UC Davis login ID and Kerberos passphrase. The system will recognize you as student, faculty, staff, or approver and, based on your role, will determine which features you may access.
